"For our new Carrot Vitamin Masque, 8 out of 10 people say, 'This smells just like carrot cake'" he says, "For our Sour Cherry Masque and Sour Cherry Whip Moisturizer, we get, 'This is pie filling'. Our cinnamon treatments smell like gingerbread." Eminence products are completely edible, with food comprising 90% of the products' makeup, Koronczay assures.

Although there are conscious cognitive and emotional reactions to the food/beauty tandem, there are also subconscious reactions. It all starts with our earliest memories connecting food and comfort; milk to make us grow taller, honey to soothe our throats.
